(“Website”) or availing the products, services and content offered and listed on the
Website (“Services”), Karnataka Skill Development Corporation (“KSDC”) KSDC
and it’s the Intermediary shall hereinafter be referred to as the
“Company”. The
Company may become privy to the personal information/s and Data of the user /
subscribers, including information that is of a confidential nature
(“Confidential
Information”) . The usage or misuse of any Confidential Information by the

other potentially illegal acts; correlate related or multiple accounts to prevent abuse

such services are provided by more than one corporate entity. Those entities and
affiliates may not market to you as a result of such sharing unless you explicitly optin.

assumes no liability whatsoever with respect to access of Information by Hackers.
9. Sale, merger of the Company
Information collected by the Company is considered to be trade secret of the KSDC.
As the owner of such trade secret, KSDC has right to disclose or sell the Information
as an asset of the Company during any sale or merger.
10. Your Consent
By using the Website and/ or by providing your information, you consent to the

this Privacy Policy, including but not limited to your consent for sharing your
